Certified instructors will come to your employees at designated areas and times.  Breath in Action will instruct a minimum of two classes per week in six or twelve week intervals.  Program options offered are: length of program (6 or 12 weeks) and frequency of classess (2, 3 or 4 days a week).
Program Content Option I
This program will have an emphasis on yoga and pilates and will start at a beginners level with the intention of building progressively as the program continues.  Classes will be limited to 20 people with extra classes added to accommodate all participants.
Program Content Option II
This program will have an emphasis on strength and flexibility training and will incorporate hand held weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, core boards, etc.  Classes will be limited to 15 people with extra classes added to accommodate all participants.

Program Content Option III

This program will have an emphasis on cardiovascular exercise and is recommended for intermediate participants.  Classes will be limited to 20 people with extra classes added to accommodate all participants.
Program Content Option IV
This program will have a customized emphasis that will be determined by instructors.
