Breath In Action stresses the importance of “pre-hab” not “re-hab” in order to be strong and well for life while also avoiding unexpected injury and physical decline.

Breath in Action Workplace Group Training is a group of trained professionals dedicated to making exercise and fitness programs more accessible for the average person.  We recognize the importance of regular exercise as an integral part of a health plan and also recognize that the average person faces many obstacles in making exercise a life time habit.  We address some of these obstacles and offer many solutions.  An assessment of your goals are evaluated and a program is designed to best meet these goals.  Our certified and qualified instructors are all trained to give proper modifications to individuals correcting posture, form, and techniques to avoid injury and to best benefit the participants.  Best of all, we come to you.  The only thing we need is an available space such as a conference room or nearby park, a few willing participants, and an hour either in the morning, at lunch or after work to conduct the classes.  Breath in Action instructors will conduct three classes per week for 6 weeks minimum (18 sessions) and workouts will vary depending on skill level and fitness emphasis.  Classes will be limited to 15-20 people with additional classes available to accommodate all participants.
