Breath In Action provides small group or personal training at your home, office or community center. Whether you have a designated home or office gym or simply a room large enough to accommodate exercise we can provide you with the expertise and equipment neccessary to get you into shape.

Private Training: one on one training designed specifically to meet the goals of the client as efficiently as possible.  A fitness assessment is required to give a baseline of information and to provide the neccessary information to insure safety and focus to the prescribed workout.

Small Group Training: limited to a maximum of three participants of similar levels of conditioning but not necessarily having the same goals.  Modifications of the program are possible to meet individual capabilities and needs.
