In home or at office:
One on One

  •  $ 75 per session hour
  •  $ 70 per session when 6 sessions are purchased ($420)
  •  $ 65 per session when 12 sessions are purchased ($780)
  •  $ 50 per session hour one time trial

Small Group – up to 4 people at once

  •  $100 per session hour for a month program with a minimum of 8 sessions per month

At Request Physical Therapy:
One on One

  •  $ 70 per session hour
  •  $ 60 per session when 6 sessions are purchased ($360)
  •  $ 55 per session when 12 sessions are purchased ($660)
  •  $ 50 per session hour one time trial

Small Group – up to 3 people at once

  •  $90 per session hour purchased in a month program    

Assessments:
$25 Wellness Consultation – A 15 minute consultation to determine your goals and needs for a complete wellness package.

$40 Basic – Includes measurements and strength and flexibility tests, Body Mass Analysis.  This test will be included in the purchase of 12 sessions or more.

$85 Advanced – Includes measurements and strength and flexibility tests, Body Mass Analysis, VRO (Volume Reserved Oxygen), Cardio stress test and Metabolic Rate.

Workplace Workouts:
Worksite training rates vary depending on frequency of sessions, types of programs and length of contract.  Rates may range from $75 per session to $115 per session when apparatus is required.  Please call to schedule a free consultation with one of our representatives to explore which program will suit your needs and budget.
